Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
1. Duplicate payment
2. Failed or undelivered orders (with valid proof)
Refund Not Applicable:
– Wrong UID or Platform provided by user
– If the product/code is already delivered or redeemed
To request a refund:
Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of your order. Include Transaction ID and screenshot.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days.
PlayShopBD reserves the right to reject refund requests if they do not meet the above criteria.
